The amount of time spent listening to The National skyrocketed after I graduated from college (do with that information what you will). I do really enjoy their lyrics, but they obviously have a great band dynamic as well. I also really like Matt Bernihger's vocals.

I think the forum policy on live versions (as well as remixes and other new versions of old songs) is to vote for them in the year the song was originally released. This is how it's done on the songs list for AcclaimedMusic as well.
