Agree with CMAT, one of the best sophomore efforts of recent time. Not sure why Janelle didn't get as much love, the lyrics are a bit more 'silly' than Dirty Computer, maybe?

First listen, as a more casual Kendrick fan, I enjoyed it more than Damn. Its the rare double album where it feels justified.

I feel Random Access Memories is plagued with below average songs, but the ubiquitous of Get Lucky propelled it to the top of the EOY lists. Combined with a decade long absence, I'm sure critics didn't want to miss their chance at fawning over them.
