I don't see any problem for eligibility. Old music critics join together and make a collective list. It's not first time and there were some included in AM I was thiking stuff like Alexa ranking and number of reviews per year but that might be more a topic for EOY. Yes, they are not as strict.

I see that some lists of the site Diario Crítico will be included in the next update.
