There's actually two more lists from Hartbeat! that were done in a similar manner and that have only been added fairly recently to Poplist: greatest albums and greatest b-sides of all time. While Hartbeat! itself probably was relevant enough a publication, I'm not sure whether the lists are eligible...

It's possible that some critics' lists take influence into account and Blue Lines definitely has an advantage there. So, in terms of overall (objective) importance BL would indeed rank higher even if Mezzanine makes up for that in (subjective) quality.

Note, by the way, that the song lists may contain oversights on behalf of the eclipsed staff. For instance, "No More Mr. Nice Guy" received a perfect track rating, yet isn't included in Cooper's top 30 although the bottom twelve on the list failed to get a perfect rating. But I guess that'...
